Surreptitious Killer - 1

This month, I’m talking about something- an issue that is close to all of us. To aid our understanding, I’ll be giving illustrations. These will cover the next 5or 6 posts. Enjoy!
 
1. 'Oh no... Gertrude, come take a look at this.'
Trudging over, 'It better be good or I'm gonna smack you.'
'It's definitely nothing to laugh over.' Shows Gertrude a photo on her phone.
'Who's this?'
'Guess.'
'Really? You're showing me boobs lips and I'm supposed to know whose body it is?'
'Well, you can try. She's from our church.'
Looks really hard at the photo. 'You got me, I don't know who it is.'
Sighs. 'That is Lucy.'
Gasps with eyes wide open. 'The steward's daughter?'
'Is there another you know of?' Trish asks irritably.
'And where did you get this?'
'Someone called Pizza 'mistakenly' put it in the church group.'                                                                                                   Shakes head and exclaims, 'That is horrible! How did he even get this?'
Smiles sneakily and lowers voice down to a whisper. 'My guess is that she sent it to him and he was sending it to someone else.'
'Lord.... This is bad. Why would you even send this to a guy? You're just begging for a scandal to happen!' Trish exclaims.
'Huh.’ Gertrude rolls her eyes. ‘Don't I know it. People act like their all holier-than-you and yet see what the cat dragged in when we weren't even looking.'
'Are you seriously mocking her after this? This is not a good thing!'
'And since when do we ever laugh over good things?' Looks hard at the photo, zooming in and out. 'Now that you mention it, the mouth does look like Lucy's. Could you please forward it to me.'
'What? For what?'
'You know, for safekeeping purposes.'
Heatedly. 'I am not sending that photo to you for anything. We can't do that to her.'
'Why? You're the one who just showed it to me.
'I made a mistake telling you in the first place, I only made it worse. So if you also want to tell someone else about it, you're going to have to do so by word of mouth only.'
'Come on. It'll be very easy for me to get it elsewhere, you know.'
'Then get it elsewhere. At least my mind will be at rest knowing it wasn't from me.'
'Yeah, whatever makes you sleep. Doesn't change the fact that I first heard and saw it from you.'
et cetera, et cetera.

Attraction: Is it Enough?

Blogtober post  5: What is the first thing you notice about a person when you first meet them? What is the first thing that attracts you to a person? Their body stature? Their height? The guys, boobs or booty? My ladies, six pack anaa? For me, the basic thing that I look out for that attracts me to a person even before I get to really know them is their eloquence. Do I Really Know You?

Blogtober Post 7: Okay, so funny scenario. Actually no, this isn’t funny. Fine, you tell me by the time you’re done. So say you have a friend, really good friend of the opposite sex. You’ve been friends for years. And as normal friendships go, you fight from time to time, have a falling out or two, but you know by now that you’re going to be friends for life. Now, you met outside of your usual circle, so as far as you know, you have no mutual friends. You talk about your families and other friends, but you haven’t actually met them.
